By accessing or using our platform, creating an account, deploying a kiosk terminal, or ordering meals, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using our services.

Building accounts, administrator access, and kiosk configurations require registration. By registering:

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete account details.
• You are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You assume full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or assigned building credentials.
• You must notify SaberSnacks immediately of any unauthorized account access or security breach.

5. Orders, Pricing & Payment Terms

All prices displayed on kiosk terminals or corporate service quotes are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless specified otherwise.

• Pricing Changes: Menu pricing and service plans are subject to updates with prior notice to building administrators.
• Fulfillment & Quality: SaberSnacks maintains strict hygiene, temperature control, and food safety standards. If an order issue occurs, notify canteen staff or contact support immediately.
• Cancellations & Refunds: Refunds for failed transactions or unfulfilled kiosk orders are processed through the original payment method within standard banking timelines (3-7 business days).

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The SaberSnacks name, logos, kiosk design systems, source code, graphic assets, and menu branding are the exclusive intellectual property of Saber Snacks LLP. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the platform solely for its intended corporate food service and kiosk management purposes.

7. Prohibited Conduct

When using SaberSnacks Kiosk services, you agree not to:

• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our servers, APIs, or databases.
• Interfere with or disrupt system services, host servers, or connected network infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from kiosk client applications.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent order requests or account registration details.

8. Limitation of Liability & Warranties

SaberSnacks Kiosk and related software are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Saber Snacks LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from system downtime, network interruptions, or third-party hardware failures.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or SaberSnacks services shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
